What is this?

The Alliance Drug Screen is an 12 panel instant drug screen that includes a Breath Alcohol Test. The individual results are maintained in a database for future review. This database will allow you access to all 12 panel instant drug screens and background checks that you have requested.

What drugs does it test for?
  • Amphetamine (AMP)
  • Opiates (OPI)(MOP)
  • Cannabinods (THC)
  • Cocaine (COC)
  • Expanded Opiates/Oxycodone (OXY)
  • Benzodiazepines (BZO)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Methadone (MTD)
  • Ecstasy (MDMA)
  • Methamphetamine (mAMP)
  • Propoxyphene (PPX)
  • Buprenorphine (BUP)
  • Creatinine (CR)
  • Bleach (OX)
  • Specific Gravity (SG)
What is considered acceptable?
  • Must be negative on all 15 parameters tested
  • Must obtain below a .020 Breath Alcohol Result
If a student fails either area he/she becomes ineligible to work in any plant that requires this Drug Screen for a period of one year.

How long does it take to get the results?

The initial results are instantaneous. If the reading is non-negative, the specimen will be mailed to a laboratory for testing and reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO). Once the Medical Review Officer receives the specimen, they have 72 hours to contact the individual to discuss the results of the laboratory testing to determine the cause/finale analysis.
